Children got up close to different animals, whereby they had an amazing opportunity to feed, pet and even ride ponies.These purposeful farming tasks allowed the children to develop new skills, learn to cope with risks, overcome fears and build a deep sense of confidence around different animals.
We even got our hands dirty in dough, making our very own loaves of bread. Despite the bleak wintery weather; it was a very enjoyable and interactive day for all.
